A company is looking for a Director, Talent Strategy to lead and elevate recruitment and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
Lead executive recruitment efforts and collaborate on succession planning
Implement DEI-focused recruitment strategies and support learning and development programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in recruitment and talent strategy
At least 3 years of recruitment experience in digital marketing or communications industries
Proven experience in creating and leading DEI recruitment initiatives
Experience in resourcing, staffing, and workforce planning
