Enjoy your weekends exploring the Orlando area with activities including Disney World, Sea World, hiking, skiing, beaches and dining amidst 5-star restaurants, Broadway shows and Florida's natural beauty, During the week, focus on: Leading the overall management of our practice. Oversee daily operations alongside support managers, from clinic processes to billing, and drive our mission forward. Our comprehensive practice has 2 locations, 2 cataract surgeons, 1 medical optometrist, 2 and a dedicated team of 20 staff members. Make your transition smooth with: - Revenue cycle management - Strong business office functions - EHR - implementation and management -Coding/Insurance experience in Ophthalmology -Personnel management and compliance. (FLSA, HIPPA, OSHA,) -Preparation and presentation of forecasts and strategic plans and budgets. -Goal planning and Strong leadership skill -Ophthalmology experience is preferred - eyecare experience is required!
