• Assist in assessment and treatment of patients under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans as designed by the supervising therapist.
• Document daily care as per established guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family, and other team members regarding patient response to treatment.Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Successful completion of the National Certification for P.T.A.
  • Current state licensure or license eligible.
