  • START: 10/28 26 weeks preferred

  • Local traveler? No locals - must be greater than 30 miles from facility
  • Ratios: 1:6 (PLEASE READ JD. 1:6 RATIO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WITH HIGH ACUITY PATIENTS)- THIS IS A MIXED UNIT, MAJORITY OF PATIENTS ARE PCU LEVEL.
  • Weekend requirement: Every other

        • Floating required. Med Surg/Tele and Ortho Surgical hold similar types of patients.

          • *3 call outs results in termination*
          • *Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period*
          • *Notice given 1 week or more in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in termination*
          • *Plan for at least 4 hours to complete modules prior to start date*
          • *If 1-2 Holidays fall within assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 1 Holiday (Does not need to be same holiday)*
          • *If 3 Holidays fall within the assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 2 Holidays (Does not need to be same holiday)*
