Nationally acclaimed full-service Am Law 200 business law firm is seeking a senior-level Labor & Employment Associate or Partner to join their team. Ideal candidates must be Florida barred and must have experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies.Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation.
• Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Must have excellent writing skills and be knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice.
• Must have strong legal research skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision.
• Must be flexible and able to pivot.
• Must be motivated to learn and grow professionally.Benefits:
