Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead for the Client Success
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 8-10 Client Success Account Managers while
managing a reduced client load
Promote a positive team culture and manage performance towards KPIs
and metrics
Lead at-risk and retention situations, proposing solutions for
escalations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3 to 5 years of experience in a client servicing role
2 to 4 years of experience in a project manager/team
lead/leadership role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Technology/automotive experience is a plus
Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred
