Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Designer (Associate to Mid) to
create engaging gameplay experiences in a video game.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI features and design decisions in collaboration with
partner teams
Create and fine-tune AI behaviors, characters, and combatant
experiences
Collaborate with content creators and engineers to enhance AI
performance
Required Qualifications
Intuitive understanding of memorable combatant experiences
Experience in scripting or coding
Knowledge of character anticipation, follow-through, and timing
Familiarity with game development processes
Background in animation is a plus
