Cybersecurity Communications Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to support their CDC client in developing and executing a cybersecurity communications plan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a comprehensive cybersecurity communications plan
Create and disseminate communication materials while coordinating with stakeholders
Gather information from subject matter experts and ensure documentation is peer-reviewed

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in communications, preferably in a government or healthcare environment
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and standard communication tools
Experience with Section 508 compliance and SCORM standards
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
