Title Examiner - Long-term Temp - $15-16/hour

Fantastic and well-known organization in the Maitland area is looking for an experienced Title Examiner to join their team!! This position will be paying $15-16/hour, and is a long-term temporary assignment!! This Title Examiner will have the following responsibilities: performing title searches and examines, preparing title commitments, and 2+ years of searching and examining titles!! This position as a Title Examiner requires a clear understanding of legal descriptions, chain of title, verifying ownership and encumbrances, abstract and analyze deed, deeds of trust, easements, judgments, tax assessments and other applicable instruments in order to produce clear property titles and enable the efficient transfer of real estate ownership. Will be using search documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book. Must also have knowledge in reviewing and submitting documents for recording, preparing and finalizing policies.

This position also requires candidates to be very computer literate. Any specific systems used as a Title Examiner is preferred!
