Job Description:

A company is looking for an Outsourcing Delivery Analyst to support onboarding and operational functions within the Loan Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with operational duties and trade support functions to ensure data integrity
Provide onboarding support for new clients and ensure a quality-controlled process
Identify and resolve trade and system-related issues in collaboration with internal partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1 - 3 years of work experience in the financial or syndicated loan industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with internet-based applications
Strong process improvement skills
