design approaches and parameters -Perform system analysis and
modeling to determine feasibility of design within time and cost
constraints -Utilize modeling tools and equipment to establish
operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate
resultsPerform simulations and present design reviews to peer
engineers - -Qualifications:Master's Degree in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer
Engineering -Preferred Skills:Classes or experience signal
processing, communication systems, and modeling -in MATLAB, C/C++
or Python.Knowledge of AI/ML, Optical Communications, Satellite
Communications, Wireless/Cellular systems desirable.Ability to
obtain a security clearance required. Active security clearance is
highly desirablePhD Preferred
